About this role

Bar Assistant Eielson AFB, Alaska Summary The Yukon Club is a wonderful addition to Eielson AFB. This position will be assigned to the Ben's Den at the Yukon Club. Come help be apart of the successful private parties, squadron functions and special affairs. Incumbent must be 21+ years of age. This announcement is in conjunction with the Nonappropriated Fund FSS Hiring Events. Duties Carries supplies and equipment, such as liquors, fruits, ice, glasses, linens and silverware from storage areas to the bar. Slices and peels fruit. Fills ice bins and crushes ice. Washes and cleans bar glasses, bar equipment and keeps the work area clean and neat. Replaces empty beer kegs with full kegs with the aid of a dolly; stocks beer coolers. Wipes down the interior and exterior surfaces of coolers. Helps in setting up service bars and portable bars. Carries debris to waste containers. May serve bottle beer, soft drinks and draw beer from kegs. Performs other related duties as assigned.
