Program Analyst Williamsburg, Kentucky Summary This position is located at the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC), Office of Domestic Operations, Visa Directorate, Bureau of Consular Affairs (CA/VO/DO) in Williamsburg, Kentucky. KCC activities improve the efficiency of overseas visa operations while strengthening U.S. visa and border security. Click here to learn more about the Bureau of Consular Affairs. Duties Plans and conducts studies of program processes and systems to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of operations for the Diversity Visa (DV) Program. Utilizes statistical and targeted data analysis methods to develop and provide data driven reports and recommendations to management on specific, actionable changes to established methods, practices, new tools, and technologies. Provides authoritative guidance; advising management on issues related to visa adjudication and processing, system interactions, process stages, fail-point identification, and fraud prevention capabilities. Conducts ongoing monitoring and review of program operations to ensure that production targets and quality standards are consistently being met by the unit. Serves as a Government Technical Monitor with responsibility for monitoring and overseeing technical performance and work performed on assigned contracts administered by the center. Education Education requirements do not apply to this vacancy announcement.
