This position is located in the Office of General Counsel (OGC). The Office of General Counsel's (OGC) mission is to provide the highest quality legal services to support and facilitate the achievement of HU D's mission consistent with the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. As an Attorney Advisor, you will: Be responsible for the analysis of the legal issue in question, the development of the strategy to deal with the legal issue, and the content and means of delivery of the completed analysis of the legal issue. Provide legal advice to high level agency officials and be responsible for effectively presenting the agency position before administrative orjudicial bodies. Review applications for specific governmental approval or protection and have final approval authority. Review the work of lower graded attorneys and provide final approval of applications preliminarily approved by the lower graded attorney.
