Supv Mgmt & Program Analyst Washington, District of Columbia Summary This vacancy is for a GS - 0343 - 14, Supv Mgmt & Program Analyst located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, COAST GUARD CYBER COMMAND in WASHINGTON, District of Columbia. Duties You will serve as a/an Supv Mgmt & Program Analyst and be responsible for planning, administering, and evaluating complex and critical Coast Guard administrative operations and programs to ensure overall effectiveness and efficiency of programs, operations, organizations, and agency functions, providing consulting and advising CGCYBER Command Staff, subordinate commands, Departments/Divisions/Branches, program/project managers, and users and managing the centralized functions for Security, Personnel & Administration, Supply & Procurement, Training & Capabilities, Budget, and Contractor Support. Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team. Typical work assignments include: Managing and coordinating the various functions and processes that support CGCYBER Command and Sub-Commands. Providing recommendations to higher-level management relative to short and long-range operational, planning, and training goals sufficient to address workload trends and allocation of resources. Responsible for talent acquisition in the process of finding, assessing, and hiring candidates to fill roles to meet CGCYBER goals. Managing the internal relationship with process owners supporting the service, assisting with the definition and agreement of Operating Level Agreements (OLAs).
