These are non-bargaining unit positions. Duties As a Supervisory Inspections and Compliance Manager, at full performance you will perform the following duties: Provide direction and oversight for all divisions within the ICE Inspections Program (ISP). Oversee all activities within the Units and advise the Assistant Director on all significant matters over which the ISP has jurisdiction. Conduct long-term and short-term strategic planning for changes in the administration of programs. Oversee the development of high caliber reports for key stakeholders. Establish guidelines and performance expectations of staff supervised. Education There is no substitution of education for experience at this grade level. Evaluation You will be evaluated based on how well you meet the qualifications listed in this vacancy announcement.
