Supervisory Contact Representative Eagle Butte, South Dakota Summary Join our mission at the Cheyenne River Health Center, a premier HHS/IHS facility delivering safe, confidential, and high-quality healthcare. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021). Duties Supervises Patient Benefits Coordinators and Patient Registration Clerks. Assigns work and evaluates performance. Monitors the quality of customer service and information being provided. Investigate and make final determinations on direct care eligibility and other patient issues. Verify third party eligibilty.
