About this role
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER Multiple Locations Summary This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Program Operations and Local Engagement (OPOLE), Strategy & Business Operations Group (SBOG). As a ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER, GS-0341-13, You will coordinate and lead Regional Office (RO) programs, supporting OPOLE business functions in physical space management, procurement, and administrative operations under the direction of the Staff Director. Duties Overseeing regional facilities operations, space management, employee onboarding/offboarding access, office renovations, and coordination with security, property management, and facilities stakeholders. Managing budget and procurement activities, including purchase card oversight, financial reconciliation, contract support, property management, and compliance with federal acquisition regulations. Administering travel operations by certifying authorizations and vouchers, providing policy guidance, serving as a travel administrator, and supporting business operations across the organization. Conducting administrative and operational analyses, develops reports and briefings, coordinates sensitive organizational initiatives, and supports emergency preparedness, continuity planning, and response activities.
