Social Worker (Behavioral Health Consultant) Fort Sill, Oklahoma Summary About the Position: This position is located at Reynolds Army Health Center in Fort Sill, Oklahoma. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. This is an open continuous announcement. "Multiple vacancies exist and may be filled from this announcement at any of the locations listed. We accept applications on an ongoing basis; qualified applicants will be considered as vacancies become available Duties Apply biopsychosocial evaluations to propose behavioral health interventions. Provide evidence-based treatment, including behavioral, cognitive, and motivational approaches. Provide primary care providers and staff regular and concise feedback on the status of referred patients, to include recommendations for team-based care. Implement psychoeducational classes to target high frequency diagnoses found in the primary care clinic. Document information in the electronic health record during patient encounters. Education FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
