Program Director, Collection Services & Data Services Program Management Offices Springfield, Virginia Summary Program Director, Collection Services (IPC) and Data Services (IPD) Program Management Offices (PMOs) Duties ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Program Director, Collection Services & Data Services Program Management Offices, shares fully with the PEO Ground GEOINT (PEO GG) in assuring geospatial-intelligence superiority through development, acquisition, integration, sustainment, and evolution of mission-critical GEOINT information technology applications and services. Works closely with the Director, Source Operations Group, Source Technical Executive, and the Chief Data Officer and their delegated Mission Owner to develop, modernize, deliver and sustain critical IT capabilities in support of the broad range of technology solutions, as prioritized by the Mission Owners. This includes responsibility for the leadership and management of an agile Information Technology (IT) organization that enables access, collaboration, collection, and consumption of GEOINT to NGA and its partners; developing the IT workforce and aligning NGA acquisition and service programs to the NGA Technology strategy; ensuring NGA managed programs support the PEO GG functional management role in the planning, oversight, guidance, and advocacy for NSG integration in the NSG Architecture, with the Allied System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG/ASG), in support of DoW expeditionary operations; collaborating with the architectural planning and engineering to ensure Source GEOINT IT architectures align to the NGA and community architectural principles; and supporting Enterprise Management Services across the range of capabilities available directly from NGA or as a service from our IC/DoW counterparts.
