Position may be filled at any of the following locations: Whitehall, OH: $111,065 - $144,386 Philadelphia, PA: $117,284 - $152,471 Fort Belvoir, VA: $121,785 - $158,322 New Cumberland, PA: $121,785 - $158,322 Duties Serves as the primary regulatory compliance manager, Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) authority, and enterprise training lead for all Temporary Duty (TDY) travel. Develops, reviews, and revises comprehensive travel policies and procedures to ensure alignment with the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and Department of Defense (DoD) Financial Management Regulation (FMR). Executes the enterprise Post-Payment Review (PPR) program to independently audit vouchers and ensure fiscal integrity. Utilizes the DTMO Compliance Tool and other data analysis software to identify high-risk transactions, anomalies, and potential indicators of fraud, waste, or abuse. Designs, updates, and delivers recurring training for travelers and Approving Officials on JTR compliance, ethical conduct, and proper voucher submission. Calculates the precise amount of indebtedness resulting from PPR audit findings, duplicate payments, or other identified travel overpayments and Issues official debt notification letters. Education Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
