About this role
Distribution Program Management Specialist New Cumberland Defense Logistics Center, Pennsylvania Summary See below for important information regarding this job. Duties Supports the Distribution Command Group by developing long-term training requirements for the DLA Distribution workforce. Directs the establishment and optimization of a standard and disciplined problem-solving process to improve training across DLA Distribution. Participates in the development and/or revision of annual and quarterly training guidance. Manages teams established to improve the development and delivery of the DLA Distribution training. Adapts analytical techniques to improve the effectiveness of institutional and unit training. Education Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
