Dietitian Fort Stewart, Georgia Summary About the Position: This position is located at WINN Army Medical Hospital, Fort Stewart, GA. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Duties Counsel clients on healthy lifestyle behaviors to minimize health risks and prevent further disease complications from diagnosed disease processes. Obtain nutrition assessment data and information regarding usual nutrition patterns, lifestyle, food purchasing practices and resources. Develop, implement, and individualize plans for nutrition intervention in accordance with the client's medical/personal goals. Maintain ongoing communication with the patient's referring provider and ancillary providers to ensure continuity of care. Teach nutrition principles and normal nutrition principles. Plan, implement, and coordinate installation working groups to affect change in the nutrition environment. Education FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
