Clinical Psychologist (Mental Health Consultant) Robins AFB, Georgia Summary About the Position: This position is located at 78th Medical Group at Robins Air Force Base, Houston County, Georgia. It is located near the city of Warner Robins, Georgia. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. Incentives MAY be authorized. Duties Document information in the electronic health record during patient encounters. Implement psychoeducational classes to target high frequency diagnoses found in the primary care clinic. Provide primary care providers and staff regular and concise feedback on the status of referred patients, to include recommendations for team-based care. Provide evidence-based treatment, including behavioral, cognitive, and motivational approaches. Apply biopsychosocial evaluations to propose behavioral health interventions. Education FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
