Supervisory Contract Management Specialist Suitland, Maryland Summary This vacancy is for a Supervisory Contract Management Specialist position in the Decennial Contracts Execution Office within the Associate Director for Decennial Census Programs located at the U.S. Census Bureau Headquarters in Suitland, Maryland. The Census Bureau is accessible from the Metro Rail Green Line - Suitland Station. Duties Directs mid-level managers and staff to plan, develop, and conduct activities associated with contract oversight. Manage multiple contracts, evaluate risks, benefits, relationships with other organizations and projects and communicate in writing to relate findings and recommendations. Communicates orally and in writing to multiple audiences using formal and informal techniques. Analyzes contracts budget data and provides independent assessments of program status. Education Education: Education cannot be substituted for experience at this grade level.
