Deputy Director, Human Capital Management Alexandria, Virginia Summary Are you a results-driven HR professional with a passion for creating positive workplace environments? Our Office of Human Resources is looking for a Deputy Director to join our growing team. The Deputy Director will partner with our Director to develop, implement and refine all human capital programs, policies and strategies. The OHR provides the leadership, services and systems necessary to meet the human resources needs of the USPTO workforce. Presence at the Alexandria, VA campus is required for this role, as it includes on site functions that must be performed in person. Position may be eligible for situational telework in accordance with agency policy/business unit discretion. The agency currently allows for 52 hours of telework per calendar year. All applicants will be assessed for executive competency against the five mandatory Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs).
