Workflow Specialist Warehouse - 1st Shift Lenexa-KS-USA-15505 W 113th St Perform duties to fill in for absent department personnel or where the workload indicates; assists with special projects and initiatives; ensures proper department/facility workflow. Operate and maintain equipment as necessary, maintaining workflow and verifying product quality standards. Assign and assist department personnel to maintain workflow and process. Completes special projects and initiatives. Basic Qualifications (BQs) Education and Experience: HS/GED and 1 year of workflow experience. Basic computer skills. Basic operation knowledge of equipment in work area. Preferred Qualifications (PQs) Experience: Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal, teamwork, training, problem-solving and analytical skills.
