Senior Reward Lead, DeepMind Mountain View, CA, USA In this role, you will partner with the North America and EMEA Heads of Reward & Recognition to create and deliver high-stakes reward programs, acting as a thought-leader and authoritative advisor to senior leadership, proactively identifying organizational gaps, and driving holistic solutions that ensure we remain a competitive destination for global AI talent. You'll co-own the delivery of critical programs with organization-wide impact. You will operate independently of organizational boundaries, advocating for long-term improvements to DeepMind-wide initiatives. You will serve as a reward expert, setting the standards for reward practices and nurturing talent through mentorship and coaching. While you lead through influence rather than hierarchy, you will be responsible for forming strategic cross-functional alliances that align the business with our overarching mission.
