As the Operations Trainer - Driver Training & Compliance for Flogas, you will be the national authority on professional driving standards, the strategic lead for coaching capability, and the final decision-maker in escalated DriveCam or training matters. You'll lead the development of a consistent, professional, and compliant driver training offer across the country, delivering meaningful coaching support to Driver Trainer Assessors (DTAs), managers, and the wider driver population. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about safe, compliant driving, and experienced in developing and delivering structured training.
