We partner with over 60 school districts-including Kaiser Permanente-reaching more than one million students nationwide. Our clinicians enjoy the stability of consistent referrals and a meaningful caseload, allowing you to focus on what matters most: making a real difference in students' lives . We're seeking compassionate, licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy to students ages 11-24 throughout California. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside schools, families, and community partners to help students thrive. Every session you lead has the power to change a young person's trajectory-and that's just the beginning of the impact you'll make. Compensation & Benefits - $75-$90 per session, plus guaranteed pay for no-shows and late cancellations. - Flexible & Manageable Caseload: Start with a minimum of just 5 sessions per week - perfect for work-life balance. Most of our clinicians choose to provide 10 sessions per week, but you can see as many clients as you'd like.
