About this role
TA Operations Associate (Contract) Remote - California REQ P-1559 This role is remote-friendly, candidates from any remote U.S. location are welcome to apply. We're looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused TA Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our global recruiting function. This role will help maintain and improve the processes, tools, and reporting that enable efficient and scalable hiring across Databricks, including the use of AI and automation to streamline workflows and enhance data quality. As an Associate, Talent Acquisition Operations, you will play a key role in supporting our global talent organization by ensuring smooth operations and efficient, tech-enabled processes. You will assist in executing projects, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting system enhancements, while leveraging AI and automation tools to optimize the recruitment lifecycle. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to contribute to team success. The Impact You Will Have - Lead the execution of small initiatives while contributing to larger initiatives with moderate to high level of direction from leadership - Respond to and resolve Tier 1 inquiries, handling system and process issues that require detailed investigation and troubleshooting - Assist in improving, administering, and testing updates to our ATS and recruiting tech stack under guidance from senior team members. - Contribute to process improvement efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams on defined tasks. - Help with TA onboarding, offboarding, training, University Recruiting initiatives and enablement for talent systems to ensure smooth transitions. - Support ongoing programmatic efforts through
