Staff Technical Producer United States Staff Technical Producer GAQ127R42 San Francisco, CA Databricks is looking for a Staff Technical Producer to lead the execution and evolution of our internal live and hybrid production capabilities. This role is focused on delivering high-quality experiences for employee communications, executive broadcasts, training, and internal events . You'll operate at the intersection of live production, broadcast engineering, and internal tooling , ensuring our teams can communicate effectively at scale. In addition to running critical productions, you'll define the workflows, and standards that power internal media across offices and remote environments globally. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong technical depth, operational excellence, and the ability to support a wide range of internal stakeholders. What You'll Do Lead Internal Productions - Own technical production for internal events including all-hands, executive communications, trainings, and internal broadcasts - Serve as Technical Director or Lead Producer for high-visibility internal moments - Ensure seamless delivery across in-room, livestream, and video conferencing audiences Build & Scale Internal Production Systems - Design and standardize workflows across internal event spaces, studios, and remote setups - Define and maintain a production playbook to ensure consistency across internal events - Improve and scale internal production infrastructure to support global teams Operate at a Deep Technical Level - Lead multi-destination signal workflows (In room, live stream, recording, conferencing platforms) - Integrate AV systems with internal tools (e.g., video conferencing platforms, collaboration tools) - Troubleshoot live production issues quickly with minimal disruption to internal audiences Partner
