Product Marketing Director, AI United States MKTQ227R30 Agentic AI has taken the world by storm and Databricks is proud to be a leader in this space. With a data-centric approach to AI, Databricks enables customers to build-high quality AI agents and applications. As Director of Product Marketing for Databricks AI, you will lead the marketing strategy across Agent Bricks, our enterprise agent platform, and core machine learning products. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, you'll define and execute marketing strategies that drive AI adoption, enable sales and partners, generate pipeline for AI products, and drive developer adoption of AI. Partnering closely with product, sales, and marketing teams, you'll translate product innovation into clear market narratives, compelling customer content, targeted campaigns, and impactful product launches. The impact you will have: - Own the marketing strategy and planning for Databricks AI products - Build and land collaterals for key channels across sales, partner, and demand generation, including content campaigns and events - Create an always-on go-to-market plan and pilot new programs with a strong focus on winning AI mindshare, driving pipeline, and product adoption - Build a strong and collaborative partnership with product and engineering teams to launch new products - Increase global reach by working with field marketing, industry, events, and partner organizations to help scale the business globally - Build trust with customers and share their agentic AI customer stories What we look for: - 10+ years of technical product marketing experience in an enterprise software company -
