The impact you will have: - Craft and execute a long-term north-star vision for Authentication that balances uncompromised security with a frictionless user experience. - Recruit and mentor top-tier engineering talent to scale our security infrastructure. - Act as the voice of Security Engineering across the organization, driving data-driven decisions at the executive level. - Databricks' security innovations at major academic and industry conferences.
