Learn Daktronics products, systems, processes, and material flow. Lead and supervise inventory. Hire, train, and coach employees. Foster teamwork through effective communication to employees and internal customers. Monitor completeness, accuracy, and compliance during inventory transactions. Use of work orders, pulling material from warehouse, and data entry. Handle inventory and work order discrepancies, investigate root cause, and implement solutions. Handle miscellaneous requests, transactions, and questions. Ensure high accuracy in all transactions. Perform regular cycle counting according to company policy. Utilize Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools to lead the team in constant improvement to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
