The Role: As a Strategic Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving financial planning and analysis activities, supporting the overall strategic goals of the company. In this role we partner with, and support, the Go-To-Market (“GTM”) motion within DailyPay, specifically the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Call Center and Revenue Operations teams. In this role you'll help deliver actionable insights by conducting in-depth financial analysis, preparing forecasts, analyzing budgets and actual performance, leading the variable compensation process, and managing various ad hoc projects.
