About the Role DailyPay, Inc. is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the development and implementation of programs, products, and services in R&D. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing strategic initiatives with complex dependencies, risk management, stakeholder management, and building technical roadmaps. The candidate will also play a vital role in our evolving Data Governance and Data Privacy programs. You will help drive the team toward our mission of building durable and reliable data informed processes within DailyPay, organizing and managing continuous improvement and automation initiatives and play a significant role in developing, driving and managing scalable, data-driven processes.
