The Role: We are seeking a Senior Engineering Operations Administrator to elevate our Atlassian ecosystem to institutional-grade standards. In this role, you will be the architect of our "System of Record," ensuring our Jira instance meets the rigorous security, audit, and governance requirements expected of a leading financial institution. You will transition our workflows from flexible startup processes to a robust, fully auditable framework, working closely with our security and IAM teams to maintain a hardened environment.
