Manager, Medical Science Liaison - Germline Oncology Salt Lake City, UT, United States This is a US based remote position with some travel required Overview The Manager, Medical Science Liaisons (MSL) leads and develops a field-based Oncology Germline MSL team supporting Myriad's oncology portfolio with a focus on hereditary cancer testing. This role provides strategic and operational leadership within Medical Affairs to ensure effective execution of scientific priorities and alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings deep clinical and scientific expertise in oncology genetics, strong people leadership skills, and the ability to translate strategy into impactful field execution. Key Responsibilities People Leadership Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Oncology Germline MSLs, including performance management, hiring, onboarding, and scientific training. Medical Affairs Strategy Execute Medical Affairs Oncology Germline strategy through effective field leadership and alignment with Medical Affairs leadership. Contribute to SOP development and performance metrics to drive consistency and impact. Scientific & Clinical Leadership Provide scientific, clinical, and business leadership in hereditary cancer genetic testing and oncology care, staying current on guidelines, literature, and market trends. Oversee development, review, and approval of medical content. Deliver and support high-quality scientific and clinical presentations to healthcare professionals. External Engagement Support identification and engagement of regional and national KOLs and represent Myriad at medical congresses and scientific meetings. Manage intake and coordination of research and evidence-generation requests through appropriate Medical Affairs channels.
