Wet Paint Trainee- 1st Shift Newnan, GA, United States DEPARTMENT: Wet Paint JOB TITLE: Wet Paint Trainee REPORTS TO: Shift Supervisor with the direction from the Team Leader SHIFT DAYS /HOURS : 1 st Shift Position (5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or 3:00 pm) over the course of 5 days (40+ hours). STARTING PAY: $ 19.82 per hour with the ability to earn more. The Wet Paint Trainee performs duties under the general direction of the shift supervisor with directions from Team Leader. No prior experience required. Will train the right individuals. What You Will Be Responsible For: Properly packaging finished product in accordance with customer specifications. Attaches identification data onto article. Records factors of damaged goods. Work in a safe manner always wearing all required Proper Protective Equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean, clutter free workstation. Able to participate in a collaborative environment. Comply with safety policies and procedures. Accepts feedback from the Team Leader to ensure the bundles meet safety standards. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned. Work Environment / Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25-50 pounds.
