Job Summary Responsible for working in and monitoring work flow in all packaging operations. Previous Packaging Operator experience required. Acts as a backfill in absence of the Supervisor for day-to-day activities. Must be able to provide leadership, guidance, communication, problem solving and troubleshooting ability across various levels. Works under minimal direction. RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Functions Within established guidelines, maintains orderly process work orders through the Packaging area. Monitors area for possible process improvements and product flow. Manages problems on the production floor. Responsible for making sure inventory is up to date and accurate. Performs other duties as required, which may include assisting in the training of others, or filling in for sustained periods of time in the absence of others,
