About this role
Sr Salesforce Analyst Atlanta, GA, United States A Day in the Life: As a Senior CRM Analyst at Hertz, you will support the end-to-end development, deployment, and optimization of email, SMS, and push communications across Hertz, Dollar, and Thrifty global brands. This is a hands-on role focused on building and maintaining automated, trigger-based communications at scale using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). You will play a key role in building and scaling CRM capabilities across both platforms. This role requires strong technical execution, rigorous QA practices, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, high-performing CRM solutions. You will support high-volume, global CRM programs across three brands and help evolve Hertz's CRM ecosystem as we expand. What You'll Do Support end-to-end build and execution of CRM transactional campaigns and triggered journeys across SFMC and AJO Team with Product, IT, Legal, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams to identify gaps in customer communications Maintain and develop automated triggered communications, including segmentation, trigger logic, and data flows Execute hands-on development using AMPScript, SQL, SSJS, JSON, HTML, and CSS within SFMC Enforce rigorous QA processes, including pre-send validation, journey testing, and regression checks Monitor deliverability and campaign health, including bounce rates, spam signals, and inbox placement Troubleshoot data, automation, and journey issues while identifying performance improvement opportunities through testing and data analysis Maintain campaign tagging, documentation, and operational processes to support scalability Prepare and manage deployment workflows, including scheduling, sequencing, and release hygiene to avoid over‑communication or conflicting messages
