About this role

Regional Resource Specialist Denver, CO, United States #LI-CG1 #LI-Onsite Essential Functions and Primary Duties Collaborate with the Regional Resource Management Manager and Regional Resource Management Leader and other stakeholders to implement regional resource management strategies and best practices across regions that align with the company objectives while fostering a culture of continues improvement. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within the region, including office leaders, project managers, and human resource personnel, to understand resource needs and ensure effective resource allocation. Produce timely resource utilization data , identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization to enhance operational efficiency Provide ideas to the Regional Resource leader regarding the management of resource forecasting and planning processes , ensuring staffing needs are anticipated and met in a timely and effective manner to support project demands Implement and maintain technology solutions such as the ProStaff scheduling software, to support resource management processes, and improve data accuracy and accessibility Assists in the development and maintenance of a comprehensive skills inventory to facilitate effective resource allocation and identifying career development opportunities for employees Additional responsibilities as assigned Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree or two years of experience on a specialized subject matter Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally Effective customer service skills Proficient use of applicable technology Ability to work in team environment as well as independently Ability to
