About this role

Plant Controller KY, United States We are looking for a talented Plant Controller to join our team at Atmus Filtration Technologies. Location: Koch Filter facility in KY, Louisville- Onsite Travel: Less than 10% Relocation may be provided to those that qualify and currently live within the US, Sponsorship for employment visa status will NOT be provided now or in the future. As the main Finance Point of contact for the Plants, you will help lead financial control and accounting activities to ensure accurate and timely preparation, recording, transmissions, analysis, and communication of data necessary to control operations and achieve objectives for all plants under your direct supervision. Provide analysis, counsel, advice, and recommendations to help plant management make business decisions to reduce costs, improve profits and return on investment and to achieve goals and plans. Ensure the integrity of the financial information generated at the plant. Implement consistency and process improvements and spread financial knowledge to other members of the sales and operations teams. Lead and coordinate the monthly financial close, with support from the Atmus Accounting and Finance teams Analyzing monthly financial results for the full Income Statement and Balance Sheet for all Koch Filter plants, including calculation and validating the accuracy of key finance and plant metrics. Perform variance analysis / reports. Review and Post all monthly Journal Entries Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are performed and reviewed on a timely basis.
