RESPONSIBILITIES Ensuring the department service levels are maintained and when able exceeding. Ensure compliance with organizational requirements including department targets, OEE and Yield metrics are met. Monitor, motivate and develop team members performance. Develop team members through training and identifying the needs for continued success. Investigate and respond to problems in relation to equipment, material or process communicating issues to supervisor and department to ensure minimum disruption and maximum service levels. Provide support to your supervisor through feedback on performance, personnel issues, areas for concern and training needs on a regular basis.
