We are looking for a talented and highly expereinced Manager - Plant Performance and Operational Excellence for Atmus Filtration Technologies. Location: Cookeville TN - Onsite Travel: Less than 10% Relocation may be provided to those that qualify and currently live within the US, Sponsorship for employment visa status will NOT be provided now or in the future. We are looking for a talented Senior Manager with 10+ years of managerial experience in plant operations and lean excellence. This position will be responsible for supporting the plant manager in the performance of the plant in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. You will need to be well versed in manufacturing operations including operations, maintenance, planning and supply chain, warehousing, Lean and cost management. This is a career developmental role for future senior roles in Atmus' global supply chain (including plant manager succession and/or other high-level operations or logistics roles) and will report directly to the Plant Manager and be a member of the Plant Leadership team.
