Job Summary: Working with the internal legal team, this position will support litigation and claims management on a global basis. Duties will include supporting process improvements, maintaining records, conducting research, and coordinating communications. The position will also help manage internal investigation processes, employment-related policies, labor and employment claims, communications with outside counsel representing the company, and insurance and risk management reporting and administration in relation to litigation and employment matters. The position will support audit and other internal processes in connection with litigation tracking/reporting. RESPONSIBILITIES Under the supervision of the Company's attorneys, prepares, investigates and conducts research for new and ongoing litigation matters. Prepares verbal and written reports to assist attorneys in determining how cases should be processed including analysis of, and recommendations for disposition of, litigation and claims.
