Full Stack Developer- TNC Atlanta, GA, United States A Day In the Life: Hertz's TNC (Transportation Network Companies) team builds the backbone for our partnerships with top rideshare platforms like Uber and Lyft. We're transforming how Hertz vehicles integrate with cutting-edge mobility services at massive scale. Join us to deliver impactful solutions for the future of transportation. What You'll Do Design and develop: Architect and implement robust backend systems supporting high-volume, low-latency integrations between Hertz and TNC partners. Full stack contributions: Building user-facing features using modern web and backend frameworks. Project lifecycle: Participate in all phases, from requirements analysis, design, and proof-of-concept, to development, testing, launch, and ongoing support. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and external partners to define requirements and deliver solutions that support business goals. Technical leadership: Share knowledge, mentor team members, and help shape our team's engineering best practices. Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and architectural enhancements. What We're Looking For Education & experience: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience. 2-4+ years hands-on software engineering experience. Backend proficiency: Strong development experience in at least one modern backend language, such as Java, C++, Python, or Go. Frontend proficiency: Development experience with React JavaScript framework is a plus. Data & API skills: Solid understanding of data modeling, SQL or NoSQL databases, and API design and development (REST, GraphQL, or gRPC). Cloud: Experience developing and deploying solutions on AWS, GCP, Azure, or other cloud environments;
