Unleash your Potential We are looking for a Data Reporting and Tools Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to support the governance reporting function by maintaining key data tools, ensuring data accuracy, and enabling business users through analysis, reporting, and training. Impact You Will Make Data Tool Maintenance Maintain and administer reporting tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Microsoft (MS) Power BI, MS SharePoint sites. Monitor performance, ensure data refresh stability, and manage user access where needed. Support configuration updates and document related procedures. Manage data from other key sources as required (Microsoft SharePoints, Power BI data model, Oracle, etc..) Collaboration with IT Work closely with IT on issue debugging, defect reproduction, and functional testing. Validate system enhancements, fixes, and new releases before deployment. Provide detailed test results and feedback to support technical resolution. Data Analysis & Reporting Perform data analysis to support business reviews and operational needs.
