Customer Service Officer Castle Hill, New South Wales, Australia Customer Service Officer Castle Hill, New South Wales, Australia (On-site) JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary: We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of Customer Service, we ensure our customers are replied to quickly, politely and with reliable information. RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Functions & Accountabilities: Enter customer orders for Fertility and Med Device businesses, into Navision. Field emails, reply accordingly following labelling and filing procedure. Field phone calls. Work with case queue in CRM. Some month end reporting. Manage freight enquiries, follow up and resolve. Take credit card payments over the phone for ER Peak service. Co-ordinate with Warehouse manager to manage daily outward goods workload. Proactively support the growth of the business by developing and strengthening customer relationships. Actively respond to customer requests, source information and share. Work in partnership with the Customer Experience Manager to address any customer issues. Work in partnership with the Customer Experience Manager to enhance policy and procedures. Assist with annual blind stocktake. Other duties as mutually agreed. QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent phone manner. Excellent written English. Attention to detail. Intermediate to Advanced skill in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Advanced preferred. Work Environment: Typical office environment Computer work and sitting required. Experience: Must have the knowledge and skills listed above. Some Customer Service experience preferred.
