Our team of professionals brings deep experience across operational accounting, Controllership, CFO leadership, and private equity financial reporting environments. We are a trusted partner to more than 350 private equity clients and have supported nearly 2,000 portfolio companies through transitions and transactions. We support our clients across the private equity investment lifecycle, from our proprietary FORWARD™ transaction readiness and post-acquisition program through buy-and-build strategies and value creation, and ultimately a successful exit. Our work is focused on helping portfolio companies build scalable finance functions, improve financial reporting, and operate more effectively in high-growth environments. Our practice has experienced significant growth in recent years, and our team and culture are truly what sets us apart.
