THE JOB: As a Car Sales Consultant , you will facilitate the full sales and finance process while delivering an exceptional customer experience across in-person and omni-channel interactions. You'll be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, maintaining a strong CRM pipeline, and supporting lot operations to ensure vehicles are customer-ready. By combining consultative selling, attention to detail, and teamwork, you'll help drive revenue, improve Net Promoter Scores (NPS), and represent the Hertz brand with integrity and professionalism. THE WAGE: Hourly + Commission-Based Compensation $12.00/hr + sales-based commissions Average annual earnings: $59,767 Anticipated average commissions: $34,807/year THE DAY-TO-DAY: Fully execute the end-to-end sales and finance process, from initial consultation through vehicle delivery Achieve individual monthly sales goals while maintaining high-quality CRM activity and follow-up Deliver outstanding customer service that supports strong NPS results Ensure accurate, complete, and compliant paperwork, including recovery of missing documents Support the Finance & Insurance process to achieve strong F&I PVR Assist with vehicle photography, lot organization, merchandising, and inventory flow Check in incoming vehicles to ensure accuracy and readiness
