Job Summary: Perform a variety of electro-mechanical and control activities in support of Injection Molding equipment and downstream automated manufacturing equipment These duties including, but not limited to, set-up, build, and repair. RESPONSIBILITIES Troubleshoot Repair and Maintenance of manufacturing equipment: Diagnose and resolve Electrical, Mechanical, & Process issues on various complex manufacturing cells. Able to connect to PLC's to utilize in troubleshooting automated equipment failures. Maintains electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic control systems for automation cells. Interpret written specifications, schematic drawings, parts lists, prints and sketches, to installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment. Effectively communicate technical problems with management and other groups. Fabricate specialized tooling utilizing various machine shop functions.
