This role is critical in advancing our vision to build a scalable, technology-enabled organization that fosters innovation, ensures operational excellence, and drives sustainable growth and market leadership. As part of this mission, you will collaborate with Assurance leaders, Technology, and other key stakeholders to identify, define, and deliver innovative solutions to enhance audit quality and drive efficiency, scalability, and data-driven insights. The successful candidate will have a strong balance of strategic vision and execution, with the ability to set expectations, manage relationships with third-party vendors, and lead a high-performing team. This role requires a deep understanding of audit principles and regulations, paired with a forward-looking innovative mindset. The Senior Director will serve as the bridge between technical audit execution and the firm's digital future-embedding AI, automation, and analytics into the fabric of the audit process. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in public accounting or a multinational organization with a focus on audit or assurance transformation, and proven leadership in driving business change.
