Field and Event Marketer Ventura, CA | OnSite Field and Events Marketing Manager About the role: Curri is seeking a Field and Events Marketing Manager to build and own the company's field, events, and Account-Based Marketing function from end to end. In this role, you will design and execute a comprehensive strategy that drives qualified pipeline, accelerates the sales cycle, and strengthens Curri's brand presence across target accounts and key geographic markets. You will serve as the critical link between the central marketing team and the Outside Sales organization, ensuring field teams have the localized programs, tools, and support they need to win in their markets. What you will do: - Own end-to-end planning, execution, and measurement of all B2B field events, trade shows, proprietary events, and regional webinars, including managing tradeshow materials and swag from Curri's Ventura headquarters. - Partner with Enterprise and Outside Sales teams to build targeted ABM programs that generate qualified leads and drive pipeline velocity within key territories and target accounts, including owning partner co-marketing initiatives. - Manage the Field and Events Marketing budget, tracking all expenses and ensuring activities are executed within defined financial parameters for optimal ROI. - Develop and localize marketing collateral, presentations, and follow-up campaigns for the Field Sales team to use before, during, and after events. - Define, track, and report on KPIs for all field activities, including pipeline sourced, influenced revenue, and cost-per-lead, consistently using those insights to optimize programs. - E-Commerce Platform Management - Track our swag inventory
