About the role As a London based Senior Recruiter at Crunchyroll , you will play a critical role in shaping our growth across the UK, EMEA, India, APAC, and MENA . You'll lead complex, full-cycle searches while bringing deep regional expertise - understanding market dynamics, talent availability, and country-specific nuances that influence how to effectively attract and close top-tier talent. You will serve as a strategic partner to the business, advising on market realities, compensation expectations, hiring risks, and scalable recruiting strategies across multiple geographies.
