Join our team, and help us shape the future of anime! About the role In the role of Senior Benefits Analyst, you will report to the Manager, Global Benefits. This is slated as a six month contract. This role may extend into a permanent role. We are considering applicants for the location(s): LA The Benefits Analyst supports the administration and day-to-day operations of Crunchyroll's North America benefits programs, including the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This role is hands-on, focused on accurate benefits processing, compliance support, data integrity, and employee support, while contributing to continuous improvement of benefits operations. Core Areas of Responsibility - Support the daily administration of health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, ensuring accurate processing. - Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits inquiries across North America, resolving routine and moderately complex issues and escalating as appropriate. - Assist with the implementation and maintenance of benefit plans, policies, and administrative procedures for U.S., Canadian, and Mexican programs. - Support compliance activities related to
