About the Role In the role of Principal Product Manager , you will report to the CPO and work directly with him to spearhead the setup and proof of concept of a new product development operating model. We are considering applicants for our Los Angeles, CA; or Dallas, TX locations. This is a highly impactful role focused on rethinking how products are built and delivered across Crunchyroll. Whereas a traditional product development model requires multiple sequential hand-offs, this role will help spearhead initiatives that explore unified delivery models and experimentations in ways-of-working. In this role, your charter will be to work directly with executive leadership to build a more seamless flow from idea, to prototype, to validation, to production. You will own the spin-up of various new operating models end-to-end.
