About the role The Marketing Operations Strategy Senior Coordinator will help support the cross functional orchestration between our Project Management, Metadata, S&P/Ratings, Strategic Marketing Operations, and Marketing Asset Versioning teams, ensuring alignment and operational effectiveness. This opportunity will focus on the aggregation and entry of data, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication with our teams and external partners. Responsibilities: Cross-Team Coordination - Schedule and coordinate cross-team meetings include Marketing Transformation core team; manage agenda, track action items and ensure all follow ups are completed. - Maintain a team calendar tracking key project dates, key launches, etc. - Coordinate weekly status reports that will roll up into a department wide update to be shared with leadership. - Coordinate vendor and contractor renewals. Data and Information Coordination - Support and contribute to the process of entering key information and data to our systems of record. - Create aggregate Airtable views that meet defined objectives and clearly communicate project level statuses and volume of deliveries. - Function
