What We're Looking For Cross River's Legal team handles all the legal responsibilities at Cross River, and as a Paralegal, you play a key role. Cross River is currently seeking candidates for a Corporate Paralegal reporting to the Associate General Counsel (and Chief Legal Officer). The successful candidate must have demonstrated work experience as a paralegal with a recognized U.S. law firm and/or in-house with a financial institution, fintech company or technology company. Experience with and a working understanding of the rules and regulations that apply to U.S. public companies is required (including those relating to the transition from a “small” private company to a large private company or a public company).
