Overview The Sr Product Execution Engineer leads new style development and oversees production execution through shipment at the assigned factory in Phu Tho, North Vietnam. The role includes new product introductions, production transfers for existing styles, commercialization, and production compliance for a monthly volume of 1 million pairs. What You'll Do NPI (New Product Introduction). The PE Sr Engineer works closely with product teams in USA and Italy to develop new styles until their final confirmation stage.During this phase, he includes manufacturability and costing constraints in a spirit of design for manufacturing, including work floor return from experience. Commercialization and Production Trial. The PE Sr Engineer drives and maintains Crocs' established practices for full-size validation and factory production trial runs. Daily Production Review. The PE Sr Engineer reviews assembly lines daily and audits them quarterly to ensure approved SOPs are followed and to gather feedback from production leaders on productivity, manufacturabi
